Jim Lovett Director

Formerly CEO of Waterfall Group, Jim has a proven track record of integration and growing acquired businesses. Over the course of the last 12 years Jim lead the Waterfall Group from a small regional contract caterer to become one of the largest independent catering businesses in the country. Jim has a substantial knowledge of the changes and trends within Catering, Care and Education sectors and over 20 years’ experience in contract catering market.

Prior to his career in the contracting sector Jim has worked as a management consultant with a large consultancy company.

Gabrielle Higham Director

A former Big Four accountant with considerable experience in SME and private equity backed companies, Gabrielle has a successful record of delivering acquisitions, negotiating business sales and business integration. She has a strong commercial and strategic planning background with demonstrable record of investment returns, financial management banking and covenant delivery.

Gabrielle has personally invested in a number of businesses across several industries and has had significant success in delivering for management teams, investors and shareholders alike.

Vince Pearson Director

Vince Pearson has 40 years working in the hospitality and Leisure industry. He has extensive Board experience with a range of businesses from major international catering and contracting businesses, small and medium sized private equity back companies and owner operator businesses.

Vince has very detailed knowledge of his markets both within the UK and abroad and has a wide range of contacts, networks and relationships within the sector and industry.
